Return & Replacement Policy

At Easy Slimming, we take pride in our products and service. While we do not typically accept returns, we will assist in replacing damaged or incorrect items in line with the policy below.

Custom Orders

All white label and private label orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started. Clients are responsible for managing their stock and ordering in advance to avoid delays. Easy Slimming does not commit to delivery within fixed timeframes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Retail Orders (Website Purchases)

Retail product returns are only accepted at our discretion and within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Products must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in original condition
  • Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photo proof of the issue
  • Use the subject line ‘Damaged/Incorrect Item’
  • We will arrange a replacement where applicable, at our cost

No Refunds On:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom, private label, or white label orders

Return Procedure

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be securely packed in original or clean protective packaging
  • All original labels and seals must be intact

Please ensure parcels are clearly marked and, if applicable, bundled together to avoid loss or delays.
