Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Easy Slimming, we offer reliable delivery through trusted courier partners directly to your doorstep within South Africa.

Delivery Fees

  • Door-to-Door (South Africa): R100 flat rate.
  • Door-to-Pudo Locker Option: R79 (available for orders placed via the website).
  • White Label / Private Label Orders (not placed on the website): Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order and will be invoiced accordingly.

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are done Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
  • No deliveries take place after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays.
  • Delivery dates and times cannot be selected — please ensure someone is available at the address during office hours.

International Orders

At this stage, we do not offer export services or manage international courier arrangements.
Buyers are responsible for arranging and managing their own international shipping or collections from our premises.

Customer-Arranged Courier Collections

Customers may arrange collection through their own courier, freight company, driver, agent, or third-party transport provider.

Where a customer elects to arrange their own courier or collection service, all risk in the goods transfers to the customer immediately upon collection from Easy Slimming's premises.

Easy Slimming shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, breakage, shortages, delays, misdelivery, label damage, packaging damage, or other transit-related issues occurring after the goods have been collected by the customer's appointed courier or representative.

Any claims relating to loss or damage during transit must be submitted directly to the courier or transport provider responsible for the shipment.

Easy Slimming is unable to submit courier claims, insurance claims, or compensation requests on behalf of customers where shipping or collection has been arranged by the customer or a third party acting on the customer's behalf.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that appropriate transit insurance is obtained directly from their chosen courier where required.

Easy Slimming's responsibility is limited to supplying the products reflected on the approved quotation, invoice, and order confirmation at the time of collection.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after payment clears, depending on your area and courier capacity.
  • During busy periods (e.g., Black Friday or seasonal promotions), delivery may take up to 10 working days.
  • Private Label Orders: Please allow 21–25 working days for production, after which delivery will follow standard timelines.
  • White label and private label clients are responsible for managing their stock levels and placing orders with sufficient lead time. Delivery within a specific timeframe is not guaranteed and not the responsibility of Easy Slimming.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
If any item appears missing from your order, and you haven’t been notified about it in advance, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel:

  • A description of the missing / damaged item(s)
  • Photographs of the parcel and contents where applicable

Failure to report shortages within 48 hours of delivery may affect our ability to investigate the matter.
