Ingredients

✅ 2 large eggs
✅ 1 cup unsalted, natural crunchy peanut butter (avoid xylitol)
✅ ½ cup unseasoned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
✅ ½ cup water
✅ 2 cups whole-wheat flour
✅ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
✅ ½ teaspoon ground ginger
✅ Pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1: Prep Your Baking Station

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix & Knead the Dough

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, peanut butter, pumpkin, and water until smooth. Stir in flour, cinnamon, ginger, and salt, then transfer to a floured surface. Knead the dough for about a minute until it comes together.

Step 3: Roll & Cut the Biscuits

Divide the dough into four portions. Roll out one portion to about 1cm thick, using extra flour if needed. Use a dog bone cookie cutter to cut out biscuits and place them ½ cm apart on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.

Step 4: Bake & Cool

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Storage Tips

🐶 At Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
🐶 Frozen for Later: Keep in the freezer for up to 3 months for long-lasting freshness.
